How do I place a reservation?
Placing a reservation is easy! Cayamo 2011 goes on sale to the public on April 12th, 2010. Click on the “Book Now!” button at the top of the screen, or over the phone by calling 1-877-749-8462.
What information will I need to book my cabin?
Before placing your reservation, make sure you and all your guests have a Sixthman User Name and password. If someone in your reservation does not have a User Name, they can sign up for one prior to placing the reservation at www.sixthman.net/account/.
If you are unsure of whom your guests will be at the time of booking you can fill in only the information you know and add additional guests later. Be advised that you are still obligated for the full cruise fare of the cabin occupancy level you select during the reservation process even if you do not provide additional guest information to us. You will only be charged the taxes and fees for each guest you provide during the booking process. When you add additional guests to your cabin later, you will then be charged the taxes and fees associated with that guest. If you wish to add additional guests beyond the capacity of the occupancy level you select during the reservation process you may do so for the additional cruise fare associated with the transaction based on availability. Please see our policies on adding passengers here.
All passenger names must be received by November 10th, 2010.
If you are paying with multiple credit cards, you will need all of the credit card numbers (with expiration date and card verification number) as well as the name and billing addresses for each card.
What is the bed configuration in each cabin?
All double occupancy cabins (except suites) have two single beds that can be converted to a queen. All triple or quad occupancy cabins have two singles/queen and one upper bunk bed, and a sofa bed, or trundle bed.
Suites have either a queen or king bed.

How does travel insurance work?
Sixthman has teamed up with Travel Insured (TI), which specializes in marketing, managing and servicing travel insurance and emergency assistance services. Travel protection provides you with the necessary coverage to help safeguard your travel “investment" from unforeseen circumstances such as:
- Illness or injury to you or a traveling companion or immediate family member causing you to cancel or interrupt your trip
- Jury duty
- Job layoff or termination
- Terrorist events
- Bankruptcy or default of your airline, cruise line or tour operator
- A hurricane that strikes your trip
This coverage must be purchased before your final payment due date. Coverage for all benefits except trip cancellation will begin on the departure date. The trip cancellation benefit will begin at 12:01 a.m. on the day after TI receives your application. For Pre- Existing conditions to be covered you need to purchase the Insurance within 14 days of your deposit.
Effective February 15, 2009, Travel Insured will also offer a Cancel for Any Reason Protection (not available to residents of Washington State). The Cancel for Any Reason option must apply to all passengers on the same application. It also only is available when selected at the same time as the original plan purchase and when the plan is purchased within 14 days of the passengers initial trip deposit.
Download our Insurance PDF for more details about this TI program.
We know you might have questions about what is and is not covered so we encourage you to read the online brochure or call TI at 1-866-684-0218 and specify that you are calling about Sixthman Travel Protection.
How do I purchase cruise or travel insurance?
You may purchase travel insurance while placing your reservation online or by calling our representatives at 877-SIXTHMAN during booking, or after your reservation has been placed. Insurance is done per person and based on the amount you'd like covered (minimum cost of the cabin per person with all taxes and fees). You may also call us to request additional coverage for other non-cruise travel, such as airfare and deposits on ground or hotel.
Travel insurance may be added through the official final payment deadline but does not include cancellations due to pre-existing medical conditions or the option of Cancel For Any Reason protection if purchased more than fourteen days after booking.
Can I attend if I am pregnant or just had a baby?
NCL will make every effort to accommodate you, providing you have not entered the 24th week of pregnancy when the cruise ends. Please include your cruise details in an email to the Access Desk with a medical certificate establishing your due date prior to your cruise.
Infants under six months of age are not eligible for travel on NCL ships.
